LØWE LANTZ advisory is owned and run by Director Klaus Løwe Lantz. The advisory services at LØWE LANTZ advisory are based on more than 25 years of experience with business, strategy, transformation, organizational development and leadership – from roles as Managing Director, management consultant, head of strategy and senior leader in a global company.

The recurring experience is working in situations where a strategic ambition must be translated into concrete organizational reality: What must the company be able to do? What needs to change in organization, leadership, processes, technology and capabilities? And how is the governance and execution power created that ensures decisions are actually implemented?

There has been close collaboration with executive management teams, senior leaders and boards of directors on strategic direction, transformation, operating models, organizational design, management systems, capability building and implementation. This results in an advisory profile that combines business acumen, organizational insight and practical execution – and that views challenges across the organization rather than through a single functional discipline.
