LØWE LANTZ advisory was founded and is run by Klaus Løwe Lantz. The advisory services are built on more than 25 years of experience in business, strategy, transformation, organizational development and leadership – from roles as Managing Director, management consultant, head of strategy and senior leader in a global company.
The core experience lies in working with situations where a strategic ambition must be translated into concrete organizational reality: What must the company be able to do? What needs to change in organization, leadership, processes, technology and capabilities? And how is the governance and execution power created that ensures decisions are actually implemented?
There is close collaboration with executive teams, senior leaders and boards on strategic direction, transformation, operating models, organizational design, management systems, capability building and implementation. This results in an advisory profile that combines business acumen, organizational insight and practical execution – and that views challenges across the organization rather than through a single functional discipline.
