Services

I offer strategic advisory services that help companies translate strategy into concrete capabilities and measurable results. As a trusted advisor, I support management throughout the entire process from strategy development to effective execution. My starting point is always the business, its context, and its ambitions.

Strategy-to-Capability

Strategy-to-Capability is the company’s core professional signature service.

The starting point is:

If the strategy is to succeed, what does the organization need to be particularly good at?

Strategic ambitions are translated into concrete requirements for the organization’s capabilities. The organizational abilities that will be critical going forward are identified, the organization’s current strengths and development areas are assessed, and the implications for competencies, leadership, organization, processes, technology, capacity, and governance are clarified.

When a capability gap is identified, the solution is not automatically more employees or more competence development. The assessment is broader:

Build – Buy – Borrow – Automate – Stop

The goal is to find the most effective way to create access to the organizational capability required by the strategy.

Strategy Execution

Strategy Execution helps companies that have strategic ambitions and initiatives but lack a sufficiently strong structure to turn them into concrete action.

Advisory services may include, among other things:

Strategic architecture – Prioritisation – Goal hierarchy – Governance – Roles and responsibilities – Leadership rhythms – Portfolio management – Progress tracking.

The basic principle is:

Strategy should not only be explainable. It must be manageable.

The goal is sharper focus, fewer real priorities, clearer ownership, faster decisions, and stronger execution.

Trusted advisor

Trusted Advisor gives the owner, CEO or top management access to an experienced, confidential and independent sparring partner.

The sparring can span across business, strategy, organization, leadership, transformation, capabilities, people, governance and major decisions.

The value is not primarily additional capacity, but access to:

Experience – perspective – challenge – judgment – confidentiality.

The three areas can be purchased independently, but are naturally interconnected. A client can, for example, start with Strategy-to-Capability, continue with Strategy Execution and later develop the collaboration into a Trusted Advisor relationship. The assignments should not be understood as standardized consulting packages; they are designed based on the client’s specific strategic challenge.
